Store promotion doesn't show in search results

I am running a store promotion of buy one get one 50% off that has been active for 9 days and I have zero sales. Looking at search results for my items (from a second account I have), my promotion doesn't show in the search results but others do. In the photo my listing is the top one. If you click on my listing or go to my store you see the sale. 

Is there something that needs to be done for it to show in the search results?

I do not know why, however, what you describe happens now and then with order discounts. 

You can set up the same promotion discount as a coupon and launch it. There is no need to end the order discount promotion. Both can run at the same time, as they will not stack when a buyer makes a purchase. Additionally, international buyers will still be able to take advantage of the order discount, since coupons will not work for them. In my experience, coupons display more consistently on the search results page.
