Store logo not showing

If I go to my storefront my logo appears,  but when I go to an individual listing the store logo below the item specifics area is just showing a generic gray image placeholder. It's still that way even after a computer restart.

I hadn't had a store for a year and when I subscribed again a few days ago, most of my settings were saved from all those months ago. I went to manage my store and deleted the logo and re-uploaded it, but that made no difference. I deleted the logo and uploaded one with a different name, but again, no difference.

Any suggestions? Is there another area in manage store to upload that logo from?

Try this link. Next to basic information select "change". On the next page under store logo you can upload your logo for the listing frame header.

Thanks for the link. I re-uploaded it there and saved it, but it's still not showing. I'll give it some time in case it takes awhile on the eBay server.

Go to this link and make sure the store logo box is checked.

If that doesn't work then go to this link and make sure your logo is uploaded there, too.

Thanks. Tried both and still no logo. I even uploaded from a hosted site instead of using eBay's server and that didn't work either. I appreciate your efforts.

In that case I would go back to this link:

Uncheck the store logo box and save changes. Then go back in and re-check the box and save changes. If that doesn't work then I think I'm out of ideas.

You've really gone the extra mile, and again, I appreciate that.

I tried that too the last time. If I unchecked the box and saved, the logo was totally gone as expected. When I checked the logo box after that, I got the same result, the dreaded grayed out image. I'm giving up now. It's just another one of those things with no rhyme or reason.
