Anyone else having trouble with their store not showing up? When I click on my icon it says "Sorry, this store was not found."

Here ya go, I converted my screen shot to a JPG, so you can see it. Several of us get this. I'm going down for a rest, my only point was that the OP's issue is real, not an attn grab. Someone did page one of the 'pinks'.

Thank you! I will check again tomorrow and hopefully it will be working again.

No it is a real issue.....never had that pop up before. Everyone has an Ebay glitch at some point!

And now it is working this morning! Weird - just another thing for everyone to keep checking if they have stores. The only thing I did was list a few items yesterday and didn't change any of the store settings. And thank you everyone that helped!!!!

Have you changed your user ID, or the name of your store recently?
This link works: https://www.ebay.com/str/sfau
This link does not: https://www.ebay.com/str/sfaus-GOLD-MINE

I just checked and it is giving me the error store not found

Ugh- I will contact customer support. And no changes - just few new listings which should not have any effect..... Thanks for letting me know.

The difference in the 2 URL's is most likely at the root of the problem. Do the words "gold mine" mean anything to you? Did you ever have those words as part of your store name?
I'm not sure why your 2 URL's are different or if you can even do anything about it, but I can tell you that's probably at the root of the issue.
You might want to check if there's a stores board (there used to be) & see if anyone from Ebay jumps on there from time to time. I doubt you'll get meaningful help from regular customer service. Someone paged Ebay earlier, I'll try again for you. It's a weekend, so I'd give them some time, maybe wait til Monday or Tuesday.
The 2 ways apparently have different links to 2 different store names. You don't code those links directly, Ebay does, so IDK that you can fix this yourself.

I clicked 'View Listings' on the OPs id.
Then clicked on the blue door.
I get the red screen.

I haven't changed anything recently. I have had the store name for a decade or so.... I did a live chat (7 minute wait time which wasn't bad) and I also sent the ebay rep a link to this thread. She is going to put a ticket in with the IT department to see what is happening. I usually go into my store through the icon when I need to do a similar listing to I find what I am looking for with the search function. Probably not the best way to do that.... And thank you everyone again.

Hey @simply-the-best-for-you and @dhbookds, I appreciate the tags. I was able to recreate what @sfau is experiencing on their account and I see the two different URL's for the store links. I've filed a ticket and will come back here should they need any additional info. Thanks!
