Store fee

I just renewed, but downgraded, my yearly Store subscription May 1.  Why was I charged my new Store subscription fee twice?  I was careful to downgrade exactly when eBay had specified, either day before or day of yearly renewal.  Thanks

At the bottom of that there is another link - "Stores Subscription Terms of Service" that outlines how Store fees are charged.  If you do not find the answer there, I would scroll to the bottom of that page and click the "Contact Us" button and have e-Bay call you back to discuss.  Good Luck!

Just finished chatting with a rep.  On over one hour and had to give my story to 4 different people.  Finally, I guess it boils down to when you renew, whether or not you've changed your Store Subscription or not, you pay the extra  amount because it's pro rated so you're paying for not only that month, but the next as well.
