I would like to update my store's url to relect the current name which has been in effect for over 6 months now.

If it matters that you don't want people to see https://www.ebay.com/str/sierraartdesign when sharing on socials, using in emails, etc, you could use a website redirect.
I use Google Domain ($10/year) but they are no longer accepting new ones, but there are other inexpensive options out there especially if ALL you need is the domain and a simple redirect.
That way, for example, CustomGiftOutlet.com would be what you give your customers or post on socials, etc. and then when they visit they still end up in your store.

That's not possible anymore and hasn't been for a few years.
The only way to change the URL is to close the store for awhile, then open a new store.

The short answer is it's not possible to revise your store's URL @evekarr .
