Store Subscription Assistance

Hi - Oct was my first month with a store and did have enough time to list the 191 I have left this month.  Going into November I want to be sure I understand how my listings work please let me know if I am interrupting the data correctly, 

Today I have 732 Active Listings in Nov these active listings will be deducted from my 1000 leaving me only 268 listings that will not incur insertion fees, correct? 

Regardless if I sell or end a listing in Nov,  268 is the max I can list with no insertion fee, correct?

Start:Oct 1, 2022 at 12:00am PDT

End:Nov 1, 2022 at 12:00am PDT

If you have 732 active listings, then you should be able to add at least new 268 listings without fees.    If an item happens to sell in November, before the date it auto-relists (assuming fixed price), then that won't count as one of your free Novembere listings.  

Insertions are counted on the date they are aded (if new) as well as on the specific day of the month that they renew.

Thank you, I thought so.  It is still somewhat confusing, if I did list all my 268 this week, but later on in the month I have 10 listings that I end before their renew date would I get those 10 in Nov or Dec?

Each listing uses up one of your free insertions when it rolls over (on the same date as it was originally listed), not on the first day of the month. So if you sell or end one of those 732 items before its rollover date for November, then it won't use up a free insertion and that free insertion will be available for a new listing.

Another detail: A Basic store gets an additional 10,000 free insertions in selected categories including Collectibles.  So, listings in those selected categories won't draw down from your 1,000 main free insertions.
