Store Categories Not Showing

So, those of us with a store, our categories are not showing up. When you click the three line menu, only ebay's categories show up. Evidently this is a years long issue as there are other community posts as far back as 2021. I spoke to ebay yesterday and the rep said that ebay is aware of it. I purchased a sub for two reasons: more posts and the ability to organize my shop into tidy categories, so, I'm wondering if this was now a mistake. I should have just paid the insertion fees to post more things since I cannot organize my content anyway. I don't have high hopes that this will get fixed, since it seems to be an ongoing issue. And yes, I have 'store categories' clicked. Anyone else want to chime in? Is there anyone NOT having this issue? Thanks!

Mine are fine.

No issue with my store categories at all.

eBay CS is not the way to go if you have an issue.

They like to agree with you and move you along.

When I click on your store it's showing me 6 Featured Categories.

When I scroll down it shows a row of Featured Items, a row of Popular, a row of Best Sellers, and a row of Holiday Collection.

Are there others that are missing?

Hi there. Yes, I have several more categories. The three bar drop down menu is still showing only ebay categories and none of my other ones are anywhere to be found... 😞

Thank you for sharing I do see your categories in the drop down menu. I just don't know what to do anymore. Any suggestions??

From the Seller Hub, choose Store -> Edit Store. Scroll to the bottom, and change "eBay Categories" to "Store Categories".  If it's already set that way, try changing it, saving the changes, then changing it back to store categories.
