Stopping a buy it now and starting over.

I have  a ooak house I built and would like to stop the buy it now, lower the price and use the auction format.  Will I be charged to do that?  Thanks to all!

No, there is no fee for ending a fixed price listing early.

The only times that eBay would charge a fee for ending a listing early would be (1) an auction-format listing that had received bids; or (2) if eBay believes that you ended the listing in order to sell the item off-eBay.
