All fixed price listings are “Good Til Cancelled.” You can manually end a listing before the relist date.

The only way to prevent auto relisting is to manually end your items. It should become part of your daily routine to end all items ending within 24 hours. And for many collectible and vintage items that are slow sellers, it seems, at least anecdotally, the best thing to do is use the sell similar option and not the relist option. Ebay's algorithms seem to demote, in their search, listings that have been listed for awhile with few viewers, so best to relist with sell similar for many items.

Listings which are in fixed format are 'Good Til Cancelled'. That means you need to manually cancel the listings. Also you can turn the fixed item into an auction if you wish them automatically the listing will be ended after the time period that you select.
