I am not sure what you are asking.  Sellers here must accept PayPal or be enrolled in Managed Payments.  Sellers in your country are not presently able or eligible  to use either as far as I know.  How did you accept payment for the items you already sold?

The screes shot was the application for Managed Payments.  Users in Sri Lanka are not eligible for that either. Again, how did you accept payment for the items you already sold?   Users in your country can use PayPal to send money or buy things.  They cannot receive money in that same account for sales.
