After Payoneer shows you're linked to eBay it takes 2-4 weeks for eBay to activate your account. When their verification process is complete they'll send you an email saying you're all set. You're name and address on your business license, Payoneer account, and eBay account has to exactly match your driver's license or National ID. If it doesn't you won't be approved.
