You should probably contact Payoneer directly or Ebay. US Ebay sellers do not use Payoneer, so they are not familiar with that payment method. Good luck.

It normally takes a couple of weeks. But since it seems like the floodgates have opened from Sri Lanka then there's probably a backlog of sellers waiting to be approved , and that is why it's taking longer.
Sri Lanka is also in Managed Payments only they get their payouts via Payoneer. There is no Sri Lanka eBay. They have to post questions here or on another eBay site.
