Lots of eBay sellers in Sri Lanka deliver their orders via Government Postal Authority (Sri Lanka) Post. Due to that problem, Lots of Sellers Increase their Prices of eBay Items. after the increase prices, selling level is very low and some sellers has lost. please kindly attention for them.

Same thing happened in Canada. Thanks to the UPU, rules were enforced for cross-border shipping to the US. To mail a simple sports card or button or pin or patch, etc, we must ship as 'goods' & prices doubled. Only photos & papers can go as oversized mail. Also, Canada Post added a 'delivery confirmation' charge that adds $5-6 to every parcel. I mailed a single sports card across country. The cost was $22!

To make any money, you guys need to stop selling items for less then $1.
If I wanted that cheap Chinese junk, I'd just go to the dollar store.

No one here can change the postage costs in Sri Lanka, or convince eBay buyers to pay extra for items from Sri Lanka sellers.

"... after the increase prices, selling level is very low..."
I'd offer that the price increases aren't the only reason Sri Lankan sellers are losing.

Sounds like something to take up with the Government there. Is eBay or other countries suppose to subsidize them? Not going to happen.

Postage/shipping costs are issues for every Seller.
Not everything makes sense to sell it online. This is not just a SL seller issue.

You can use Fulfillment center services in u.s.a, Send your all items to the Fulfillment center that you will dealing with, then the fulfillment center will warehousing your items and they will fulfilling shipping your orders too.
I'm using fulfillment company services in Saudi Arabia, I'm sending my items from here (Yemen) to them and they take care warehousing my items, and shipping orders too.
I'm using fulfillment company services because in my country (Yemen) all Yemeni postal services have been suspended cause the war (since 2015), so i'm using this fulfillment services.

You're selling seeds to the US?
You should check eBay's Plants and Seeds policy. Seeds located outside the U.S. are not allowed due to U.S. import restrictions. You should end those listings.
