Has anyone here been invited to apply for square capital? We just submitted the bank statements and other information and received an offer. We accepted it and then had to submit a credit app. What is weird to me is that it states they do not pull any credit reports or put a hard inquiry on your credit account. At the bottom of the email it states based on credit approval. Just a bit strange to me based on the FAQ on the square capital website. Im not concered about a credit app being submitted more so just curious if these loans now will appear on credit reports and will hurt personal loan options outside of the business. Any info anyone has would be appreciated. Thanks

How did it work out for you? I got the invite , but the link/page seems to be glitching . So I am researching who has applied and how well it worked'

I received an invite, applied and received an email Friday late evening, that it was approved and funds will be deposited on the next business day.

I received the invitation, awaiting a final reply. Not sure of turnaround time, appears to be 1-3 days.

I received the loan and have been paying on it for 3 months. The only issue I'm having is there is no place online to set up an account and monitor your loan

I just made my last payment yesterday on my loan. I am hoping the extend another offer, they asked me to wait about 10 days to make sure bank cleared this last payment. Overall, it went well, money came quick, but as another has said, I wish there was a dashboard to keep track of balance and to make an extra payment, etc. Instead, you have to email them and wait to for them email them back, etc. But, overall the experience went well.

I have been paying on mine for 3 months. The whole process was pretty seamless, but I wish there was visibility on the loan online, to see the pay down.

Its fine if you need the cash. They take it all back with interest automatically weather you have the funds or not.

I am curious why in the world would you take out an unsecured loan?
It's not free money, you will pay, every month, with interest...
And where there exists a lack of transparency, there lies a high chance of fraud.
So, don't be stupid.

Yes I responded after purchasing 30k square foot Building in Huntington Wv. They offered me 1300.00 for six months. Payback was just shy of 1500.00. Very impersonal unable to to talk to anyone at square or eBay who had no manager on their side. Just 30k square foot going to waste.

I have never used them but have used Paypal Capital. Went great and sounds easier to deal with than Square Capital

paypal capital is probably more reliable re book keeping and such also from what i am reading. they'd probably require you to change your personal account to a business, if it isn't already though.

An annual interest rate of 31% isn't quite usurious, but it's pretty close.
