Sponsored Listings does % charged at insertion change if price lowered?

Mostly just curious as I have started at my "wish" price then lowered before it ends/sells-and wonder if that promotion price lowers as well.

The price you pay for your sponsored listings is the % based on the selling price when a buyers pays for it.
