Why has this not been fixed yet? It causes a lot of problems when trying to figure out the best way to ship. Especially if you are shipping larger items. Im out over $200 if this doesnt work....

I have not seen any problems printing labels today (must be on your end).

no problems purchasing/printing labels, but for 2 weeks now have had issue with ebay not sending me the receipt like they should be to my normal email, at first it was random, print 4 labels get 3 reciepts... gotten worse since, reported it to ebay 4x now, still happening tonight.

I have gotten that same message but only when trying to print a UPS label.

I've been dealing with this issue all morning when trying to print a UPS label, but I finally got it to work. I was using Google Chrome and I switched to Microsoft Edge. Try switching browsers.

If that doesn't work, you can log in to paypal, open up the ebay order, and it should give you an option to print a shipping label (although it was more expensive when I checked that out)

Been trying to print an Ebay Standard Envelope label all morning.  I get, "Something went wrong and we were not able to generate the label."

I've closed down and gone thru the whole process on 2 different computers. Everything looks like it should.

Got the same lame message trying to generate a label from US to Canada. Something went wrong, was it eBay outsourcing dev work to India that went wrong here?

Same here-can't print label. I have 1 day shipping...so my scores will go down. Something is messed up-also can't verify payment was made through paypal OR bank. -even though eBay shows 'PAID'. This is messed up. I would think after so many years-these issues would be in the past.
