Assumption: eBay sent the buyer a feedback reminder but was delayed (as usual) because the buyer had already left feedback. This resulted in the buyer leaving a follow up to feedback already left.

It's like getting e-mails saying items are in shoppers' carts, lower the price and make the sale - but you already sold out of those items last week. eBay notifications are always on a delay.

Well, I do remember that you were the "BEST" seller on Ebay.

That is nice, inhawaii!

I think every now and then, a buyer is pleased with the item and leaves feedback right away, but then after a few days of using (or eating, or wearing) the item, they're extra pleased and want to say so.

Warms the cockles of the heart, that does!

The item she is complaining about she never purchased.

She took unused feedback from another item she purchased from me to to complain about something that was probably in her cart. I guess buyers don’t know how carts work.

Nah - as The Best Seller on eBay I think you deserve double feedback!

Wow, a double thanks. Sweet.

Here's something you don't see every decade...A couple years ago I received a Thank you card in the mail with a handwritten letter...

...completely made my day and I posted right on my wall as a reminder that there are some really nice people out there.

Every now and then one gets a glowing feedback comment that you are the absolute best, kindest, smartest seller ever, only then to look at the buyer's FB left for others, and, they all say exactly the same thing.  😄

List more, sell more. Goodwill that other, uh, stuff.

Feeling sleepy? There's an app for that.

They even thanked you for leaving feedback.

Everyone has options. Just be sure the best option is right for you.

And, I have longtime repeat customers that simply post "Thanks", "All good", or something like that, and I look and see that they do that for everyone they purchase from. Some folks don't want to write a Feedback novella.
