Why is this problem. I have payoneer account and when ı try match to payoneer and ebay ı see this writing.

You need to make sure that everything is written exactly the same on your Payoneer account and your eBay account. So you need to check everything that is shown on that page, and make sure it is correct, and it all matches.

They both have to be the same account type; either business or individual. Your name, and address have to be written exactly the same. You bank account information has to be exactly the same as well. 

If you have business accounts, then you need to provide all of the information and documents that Payoneer requires, including business licensing or registration documents from your government, and information about the owners of the business. And you have to use a business bank account.

In some countries, you have to have business accounts, but I don't know if that is true in Turkey or not.

This is a US forum and US sellers do not use nor are they familiar with Payoneer.  That might be why no one is replying to your issue.  Your best effort is to contact Payoneer directly.  Good luck.

Your issue is not the same because you are not in the same country. You should start your own thread and explain what you have tried, and what happens when you do. What error messages do you get.
