Just trying to print a shipping label like normal. Have a couple of orders via eBay standard envelope and I keep getting this error. Doesn’t matter if I try on my phone or computer, it’s the same error. The addresses are correct, the package weight and dimensions are too. Shipped a bunch of times using the same package details so I can’t find the error. This happened once before, about a month ago and the customer service agent (after 30 mins of trying to troubleshoot it) just told me to ship first class and eBay will cover the extra costs. Going to try again in the morning but this is going to be incredibly inconvenient if this keeps happening.

Try clearing your cache and cookies.  Shut down your device.  Let it set for a couple of minutes and then try again.  If it still does not work, try a different browser.

Glad to hear it.  I know how frustrating something like this can be.  I've had it happen.

I often overlooked this easy fix for many issues that were display related.
