This is not the time to be shipping international whatsoever. Some countries have bans and there just aren't too many transoceanic flights happening right now.

Note that GSP ships goods by air cargo to the destination country. In some countries they use private couriers for the "last mile" delivery and for some they use the local postal service.
While many countries are having issues with incoming/outgoing mail almost all are still delivering domestic mail. Since GSP transfers to the local postal service as domestic mail the service interruptions may be minimal.
Keep in mind, for protection from INR claims all you need to do is get it to KY, if GSP fails to deliver after that it's on them not you.

Nothing. The GSP has only announced two countries that they are not shipping to, and the rest have some delays ... but packages are moving.
