Prior to MP PayPal handled a lot of chargebacks behind the scenes and the seller was never aware that the buyer had filed one. This was something eBay never counted on with the move to MP and was, unlike the scammers, slow to react to the situation. It didn't take the scammers long to figure out that this was an easier path to getting their money back as well as keeping the item as opposed to going through an eBay claim. It has become a pervasive problem.
As a result eBay has setup some limited protection for sellers against chargebacks and in some cases has been refunding the buyer out of their own pockets. Depending on how you responded to the chargeback following is the protection policy eBay has in place for chargebacks. Given the age of this one and depending on how you responded I have no idea how this will turn out.

Then allow the return
Ebay is VERY buyer friendly
You can deny the return, but not the refund.

Exactly what attic said - if it is INAD, you accept the return, provide a label for said return and refund when your GoPro is back in your possession.

From how it sounds, it's not a return, but a payment dispute.

Ah, my crystal ball is in for repair........
I looked for the sold item and could not find it, so you are most likely correct as it could be up to 180 days old. I do wish posters would be clearer when they say 'Dispute' and explain in more detail what has occured.
@isaac124 If this is a chargeback on a credit card:
You only get one shot at fighting a CCCB so make it count.
Type all relevant information to the case into a word doc and copy and paste any photo proof - feedback, messages, correspondence everything you can into that document. Also you should include in the document that you request the return of the item before the case is resolved one way or another.
Take a screen shot of the word doc and upload it as a jpg into the case.

You sold a gopro.
The buyer paid and you shipped.
The buyer has opened a Not As Described dispute.
You have been told to send a Return Shipping Label.
Now you have choices.
You don't want to send a Return Shipping Label.
The buyer will win the dispute and will be refunded.
The buyer will keep the gopro (or discard it, his choice).
EBay will come after your for the money.
You will get a Defect on your selling account which can raise your fees, restrict the number and value of your listings, and possibly close your selling account.
OR
You send the Return Shipping Label.
The buyer uses it to return the gopro.
You refund the buyer.
EBay refunds your selling fees (except for 30c).
The transaction is ended.
The gopro is just fine and you relist and resell itOR The gopro is damaged as the buyer claimed. You make a warranty claim with the manufacturer.
OR
The buyer does not return the gopro.
You win the dispute and are not required to refund.
The value of the shipping label is eventually creditted to you.
Your choices.

I am not sure if you are looking for support/suggestions or if you are simply just making a statement. Your posting has no details. Not sure what you sold, I don't see and $270 sale under this account. Did the buyer open an eBay case or a chargeback? What was the reason, INR, NAD... Where did this ship to? Do you offer returns or do you not accept returns? How did you respond to the case? Difficult to understand the situation with so little detail.

Agreed................a little more information would go a long way. Might be able to offer valuable advice regarding whatever the issue is, if we knew more.

And that is why I don’t sell to low review buyers

Problem is we don't know they are low FB buyers until they have bought from us (unless auction or offer).

You’ll know before you ship it cause it has their eBay name in the buyer details to.

Yup. I'm getting hit for about $150 for shipping a very heavy, $1200 item that buyer refuses to pick up. I'm kind of an idiot for this one. Guy messaged me from Amsterdam, and twice I told him I don't ship overseas due to personal preference (I've almost been burned before). So, before I can block this person, they change their address to a US one and buy the item. Zero feedback buyer. Jan. 2022 start. Now they have 1 day left to pick up the package or it gets returned to me and I'm out $150. (at least I will probably get my item back, hopefully in good condition. Guy asks "where is my package" 2 days ago, I explain to him that he needs to sign to pick it up and give him the UPS store where it's at. No response. He was mad that I wouldn't ship to him, so, he's gonna cost me some shipping money is what this looks like.
This taught me a very, very important lesson. 1) As soon as someone contacts me from outside the US, they are getting blocked immediately before I even respond to them that I don't ship overseas. and 2) I will never, ever ship an item worth over $100 to any buyer with less than 10 positive, 100% feedback in the last 12 months. 3) I will cancel every sale for zero feedback buyers immediately. If buyers get mad and Ebay doesn't like that, they can kick me off the platform. It's my way or I'll hit the highway from here on out. Sick of dealing with scammers and playing by ebay's terrible rules for sellers anyway.
Been selling on Ebay now for about 18 years and it's gotten worse and worse for us sellers every year of the last 10. Sticking up for zero feedback scamming buyers over someone whos been selling with you for nearly 2 decades. If I'm forced to ship to these idiots by ebays rules, ebay should foot the cost of these scammers. No more. 100% I will never ship to a zero feedback buyer ever again and will never ship a package over $100 to anyone less than 10 positive feedback within 12 months. Sorry for the rambling but I'm **bleep** right now....

Because?

So you suggest canceling the order?
Reason: Low feedback.

People somehow think a low feedback buyer is a bad buyer, but that is not always the case. You cannot judge based on this info. Blocking these can cause a loss of sales.
