I can’t see my items that have sold and need to get an address once buyer pays today. Just keeps coming up with issue every time I try to go on it.

You will get the shipping address with the payment. Until they pay, you don’t know where to send it.

     You were a little vague on where you are looking. While you can see the order you will not get the shipping address until the buyer has paid and you go to create the shipping label. Not sure why you would need the address before the buyer pays.

The buyer hasn't paid yet so no address is available.  Your reply is redundant.

The response from Kasun-shop also makes no sense but it's not the first response I have seen from Sri Lankan sellers that does not make any sense. EBay really needs to setup a separate discussion forum for the Sri Lankan sellers. There are simply too many situations unique to that country that do no equate to the US sellers.

They continually offer wrong advise and solutions to their countrymen...they're are hurtful, not helpful at all.  It makes no sense.
