Sold items as unsold

Hello

I have auctioned some computed games which then sold however it has appeared in my unsold section and prompts me to relist it?

When I drill into the auction it says "You sold this item"?

Any help / advice would be appreciated

If you can leave it untouched for a while I'd like to get a blue to look at this.  It's a LOOOONG standing bug and I'd LOVE to have them look at an example.

Hi @poorly_boy, when I look in your account I do not see this item in your unsold section. Do you have a screenshot of what you are seeing?

If you want an item to review, please go to item number 192910963092. You will see it got one bid and says sold, but shows up in my unsold items.  In the Sold section of my summary page the item shows when I choose Not Relisted Yet, but when I click All Unsold it isn't there.  Please help.

If you recall, I mentioned this phenomenon several months ago, where my sold listings were showing as unsold/relisted and I was told it was my imagination.  Has not happened in a few weeks - so I don't have a screenshot now like I did then - but just to confirm the OP - it DOES happen. 🙂

I had this same thing happen to me with all of my auctions that ended this afternoon, some with bids some without. Mine however ended up in ended not in the unsold.  When I click on the ones that had bids they too says they are sold, however there wasn's a notification that they have sold. I spoke with ebay and they didn't know anything about it at the time, but are looking into it.

The item to look at is 192910963092.  It sold today, then went into the Unsold Not Relisted Yet tab. I need to ship this item today, please help.

Hi @nc-daydreamer, I have not been able to recreate this issue when it has been reported - I'd love to get this over to our tech teams for review, but would need screenshots of the unsold page that shows not only the item that has sold, but the filters being applied to that page. If I can get some supporting photos, I can get this investigated.

I sent shots before, but I don't have any recent. The OP and I are not alone - others have posted the same thing happening to them. If it happens again, I will send more to you. 🙂
