same thing happened to me once. I just kept it stored since it was paid for. 8 months later buyer picked up & was thrilled with the item. Strange.

I would cancel the transaction, relist and move on.
After 45 days I would assume they no longer want the time.

What was your original agreement with the buyer about picking the item up?

Buyer said he had someone to pickup and move, not easy ,1000 miles. Bought another fork lift and this getting in way.,3 times he has said he had someone.Probably no simple answer,I don't want back

If you go to export Sales Order report CSV, there is a phone number of the buyer, but it may not be in this case if it is a local pickup. Try to call the number and ask to speak with the buyer. The phone number is only supposed to used for shippers when needed, but hey, in this case you are trying to ship it so I believe it is okay to use and call. Just ask for the person to speak with and validate this is the person you are talking to. Then send a message through ebay saying you have tried to contact them. That may help.

Buyer communicates threw E bay every so often, not lately. Is there a point time where I just scrap it?

Check with the property abandonment laws in your jurisdiction.

Ebay keeps telling me to leave feedback, if I do it would be a negative, I do not want to do that, but if I must for ebay to be happy then I will.

You "don't want back"? Since it appears you still have it, what does that mean?
Suggest you cancel, refund if he paid and list it again.
If anyone sees an issue with that, they will let us know.

Where in his messages has the OP stated he's trying to ship it?

You cannot leave a negative for a buyer, so eBay doesn't require that you leave a negative FB "to be happy". In fact, doing so would give you a defect.

you cannot leave a negative for buyers. Since 2008. I would send a message that they have a week to pick up. Tell them after x days you will be charging storage. If they do not pick up in x days you will cancel the sale. I would use the reason for it "problem with address"
