Sold item says i have to pay for shipping instead of the buyer

 so I charge shipping on all of my items every single one, i sold an item and it is telling Me that it's free for the buyer and I have to pay 9.65 for shipping, did they somehow send me an offer that included free shipping and I didn't notice it when I accepted the offer? Or is it something else I'm missing, no way im paying 9.65 for an item that sold for 6.8 that would make me loco.

No, offers can't include shipping terms, even says so right on the page.  I know there's a long time glitch in the app (which I rarely use) that shows items as FS, when they're really not.  I've never heard of that being more than a display glitch though, I don't think it propagates to the actual sale.

How much does it show you got for the actual sale in payments?

did you list this sale through markdown manager...?

I seem to recall a pre-checked box that offers 'free shipping' to the first item or something that a buyer purchases from the sale items....

I just ran a test to see if it shows up in the listing as free prior to purchase..i will let you know

on a pc, it shows that the buyer was charged for shipping:

• $6.80
  Was:  Previous Price $8.00
• Buy It Now
• +$9.65 shipping

It must just be the glitch that was stated above I see now on the payments section where they paid full price.

same here...on my PC

but....if i check off the box for free shipping on markdown manager, it gives free shipping to only the lowest priced shipping i have available (and says free shipping prior to sale in the listing box). your listings look like you only use 1 (either 1st class or priority) so it would have said free shipping prior to the sale in the listing

Oddly, when i listed your other items, and clicked "Show only Free Shipping" 2 listings in your store showed up...then i did it again and neither one showed up?

When I display "Sold Items" and Filter for Free Shipping there are "0" listings, so I have been little to no help....
