Sold individual item which still appears in store after sale without seller knowledge

Sold an item last November (one of a kind) that somehow is now being listed in my e-bay store without my knowledge of it ever being relisted by myself. Do I need to cross check all my active listings against store listings to keep this from happening again? Active listings show 1804 current against 1775 store listings so what's up with that?

That's been happening for years, so yes, it's a good idea to go through your listings often.

I just had one this last weekend, buyer was not happy and I'm waiting for a negative. Like you I have 1800-2000 listings a month, I can't do a daily inventory but I also have items I thought was listed but find out their not.
