2 Separate issues here..

 

1. When an item sells, I am not getting an email about it. Last I know, there was an option to select if I wanted to get an email once a day or each time an item sells. Now, I see no option for emails or notifications about items that sell in the communication preferences. Contacting support, they said "this is a known issue they will have fixed in 24 hours", that was last week... Is this a known issue? 

 

2. When trying to list an item today, it will not list and instead gets placed in drafts, trying to publish the draft sends me to the following page (https://www.ebay.com/n/error) is there a site wide listing issue?

Both issues you raise, others also have reported were on-going glitches.

 

We list from a saved template and have had no issues listing.  Can you try a sell similar to one of yours?  Are you listing from the phone app or online?
