Sold an item but didn't appeared as Paid

Hello every One,

Well, after 2 years of interval I have started listing some items and sold, in the mean time payment have been received to my paypal account but in my ebay listing it appears as payment not made and it says 'payment initiated'.

The buyer has send the feedback as well but in the listing it is same no chance is status. I spoke to ebay and they said it is a tech error and I too think so but I want to rectify this. Is there is any one experience such a problem or any advise ?

did  you check your paypal account to see if it shows as OK to ship or is it showing a echeck?

Tnx for your input, yup I checked it and it's shows as fund received but here in ebay appears as not paid.

I had same issue. I got one sale yesterday, it said sold but waiting payment, checking paypal and have not received buyer's payment yet, I clicked to send an invoice and error page appeared.

Hi, have you got confirmed your PayPal account? Confirm the email address?in my case payment received but not showing in ebay.tnx
