Sold Working iPod Nano - 1 Week later - doesn't power on - wants refund.

I had sold this iPod Nano 7th Gen, silver. April 26th. Now I get a message today May 6th that the buyer wants a refund and that it doesn't power on.. I had replied it needs to be charged with a working apple lightning cable, and an active power source. Also to power it on, to press and hold the top button. It still is black. I had told them to leave it on for 24 hours and wait. The buyer had replied back, I'll try. so.. hope and pray it works.. and isn't some scam. As I wanna think they have the same model/color and are trying to scam me with a broken one.

I received this iPod by finding out Apple had a thing going on where you send them the 1st gen ipod and they'll send you a brand new 7th gen. I had tested it out and everything, it worked perfectly! Though, I decided to sell it because it was irrelevant to me as I already had an iPhone for music.

This is the first refund request I had on ebay, and It's bothering me.. I had sent in a report buyer, for false accusations. Though ugh.. I maybe over reacting things and need to calm down and give it awhile.

Any thoughts are much appreciated. Thanks!

You mean you didn't send it with a full charge?

If the buyer contacted you first before filing a NAD then it is very likely they are being square with you! Allot scam buyers come out Guns ablaze n and just file a claim for full refund and give bad feedback" at least this buyer is contacting you for assistance?

They filed a NAD before contacting me. But yeah they are messaging me with replies. So far nothing yet, as the last message I told them is to leave it on the charge for 24 hours. Until then I'll get back to them. But still seems fishy.. I'll just wait till tomorrow and message them back.

If it's not charging with the cable that they have, ask them to try an Apple cable. Sometimes, the cheap aftermarket stuff doesn't work. Goodluck.

Alright hold up! I looked up the users ebay name on google, and I’m not the first one to deal with him. His username is “pluczavroh” his PayPal goes by Usher Orzel.

I cant post a link for some reason. But look him up.

I will try to call eBay immediately in the morning or get ahold of them somehow.

This person is not getting away with anything.

We didn't need that personal info, and this board isn't the place to publish it. (Guidelines link upper right, Just FYI.)
