You can only look back 90 days.
I wish eBay would offer completed listings back farther then that.
In fact I would pay to see what I sold 2 or 3 years ago. . .

eBay only keeps your sold items in your "See All Orders" file for 90 days. Been that way since I've been selling since Jan. 2010.
I beleive PayPal keeps a record of the transactions for a longer period of time.

Ebay won't keep your records for you... well, after 90 days anyway, so you have to keep your own business records. I keep all my *other half* of the printed labels with notes added as needed for the past several years. lol Just band them up at the end of each year and tuck them back in an old closet. Actually don't even know why any longer.
For the listings you used, you need to keep those in a program that will save your listings used or templates forever if you want to reuse any of those, and it saves you time when you can. I used TurboLister for years, and many are turning to SixBit now. There are other programs. Some find that putting up listings with the new Seller Hub page is so fast, they just are working up new listings again, regardless that they have actually sold that same item in the past.
Sorry you can't get your old, old solds out of eBay *data banks* going back for years. It would be fun if THEY would keep all our old records for us like that, but since there are millions OF us, I expect that's a bit much to expect.
