Hello Friends,
I recently noticed in the last couple of weeks that a sold item is still showing up in my active listings, is this normal? Could it be that I have duplicate listings, if so, how can I check for duplicate listings?
Thanks,
John...

If the quantity on the listing is Zero, the buyers can't see that listing and it means you have the Inventory function for OOS set in your Site Preferences. This is a really nice feature for sellers that restock some things that they sell out of. You don't have to recreate the listing.
Now if it has a quantity and you don't have any more, that is a problem.
Go to this link below. Click on the quantity column and it will sort all your active listings by quantity. If you want it to go the other direction, just click the same place again.

Has your Out Of Stock option been turned on?
If it has, sold listings will stay active in the Seller Hub for awhile, but they won't show up for sale.
You can check it in your Seller Preferences.

The first thing I would do is make sure that the available quantity doesn't show more than one. If quantity available only shows one, you might have to go through each of your listings to ensure that there are no duplicate listings.

Look at the listing....you will notice it is there BUT there is NO WAY to buy the item....
Those options (buttons) are missing......
That means you have the Out of Stock option enabled...
Just End the Listing and go to the page indicated above to toggle the OOS "Off"

Excellent. Then you are fine. Nothing to worry about. If you get more stock in, just update the listing and it will be active for buyers once again. It is a very useful program. I use it all the time.
