I have sold an item within the past 10 days however when I look through my "Sold" tab, the item is no where to be found.
Up until this date, I have been using the tracking info I had sent to my customer to ensure it reaches its destination, but when I went to do so this morning the item was no where to be found.
This is the second time this has happened to me. I have tried refining my search results but that had no success. I just want to ensure my item was delivered on time and actually reached its destination.
