So many questions! I need answers!

So I just recently started selling on eBay mainly trading cards thats what I'm into and I mean I've made like 5 sales total and the first major thing thing is the fund holding. I get they have to hold it but why for 3 weeks sometimes and the first item I sold was a banana fortnite card for like 16 bucks I ended up getting only 4 bucks in my bank like 3 or 4 weeks later so what's up with that? Next question is do I have to pay for the shipping label? I mean I deal trading cards there paper thin they go into a white envelope that I can buy by the box at dollar tree so why would I want to pay almost 4 bucks for the label? I've almost thought about deleting the account because it feels like a waste of time and the first few weeks on eBay as as seller I had 30 to 40 so called buyers "buy" an item and they would be scam artist telling me to send card and $400 worth of gift cards in exchange for $1000 apoun arrival lmao like really????Back to the deleting account thing one last time I just remembered I tried to delete and forget about the whole thing but it's  next to impossible to delete your eBay account out WHY????? My last question I have is why in the world is there not a customer service phone number or even chat support? There is one but you have to dig so deep to find it that it's not worth the Hassle

Funds availability is explained on this eBay help page:

Payment holds on your sold items

You don't have to purchase shipping on eBay. You can put your card(s) in a "white envelope" that you've purchased by the box at Dollar Tree if you'd like. Where did you get the impression you had to "pay almost 4 bucks for the label?" (Might want to make sure you send those with tracking, though, or you'll never win an INR.)

Here's the eBay help page on closing your account.

So there is one, or there isn't one?

Customer service is available, but you have to follow the appropriate steps to get there. You can also contact them via private message on Facebook or direct message on Twitter:

Yes, when you are a new buyer the scammers come out and try you. First, block them all and never talk to them. Never call them if they leave their number.  To block(on phone app):  Press Help . It will say at the top, How Can We Help You Today?  Press on 'search ebay help' and type in the word 'Block,'   Then you will see 'Block a Buyer.' Press it and follow directions. You put their buyer name in the square and hit submit. Now they are blocked.

I talk to eBay a couple of times per week for different reasons. You need to: press help, scroll down to press contact us, press selling, press selling fees, then you will see a call back option. Add your whole phone number for a call back. Delete the existing X's and add your number. Sometimes they are unavailable and you have to try again in a few hours.

You are paying shipping because you probably have the free shipping for buyer setting on.  eBay customer service can walk you through all of these things. Always talk to them with your eBay open on your computer so they can help you.

For your payments, you have to set up your payment schedule. On your phone app, click MyEbay, then Payments, then over to the right in very light lettering press Payout schedule. Then press daily instead of weekly. Daily has a three day delay and even more because of the weekend. Weekly payments are probably much longer which is what you're probably on. You can do this!

Well, there used to be a call center for customer service, but the covid pandemic shut it down. Ebay hasn't reinstated it, for whatever reason.

Come on, this is not that hard.

$4 on a $16 sale is not right, there must be listing fees or something deducted from the balance

$4 for a label is because of the requirements for tracking, you will spend that on first class mail.  What is curious is why the OP is not charging the buyer this.

eBay customer service is mostly useless, anyways.  The agents will outright lie to you to resolve the call.
