I have successfully appealed my case and they said they will remove the defect from my account. Now I have a few questions.
1. How long do I have to wait for the defect to be removed? I just got the email an hour ago or so stating that the appeal was successful and the defect will be removed. Will this be removed in the next few days or at the end of the month?
2. Since ebay already refunded the guy his money, how do I get my money back? The item now shows that it has been delivered and the buyer posted positive feedback. He also asked me to invoice him so he can send the money back,, but I see no option to invoice. How do I go about doing that?
