Here we are again, yet another glitch or bug where now my account balance is about $400 too high. I wonder how many people have paid theirs without noticing this supposed "glitch"
I know I can't be the only one who has noticed the absolutely no "glitch" or "bug" has ever done anything other than hurt the sellers and help eBay. Sure would be nice if it worked out in our favor once.

Sign up for managed payments anyone?? I dread this day. With all the daily glitches, do we really want our actual money to be managed by Ebay? Such a scary thought.
I've already talked to my credit union … one time $16 to open a new account that is not tied to my personal accts, no monthly fee. it can be linked to paypal to draw from so that I can remove my personal acct from paypal … doing this should put managed payment payments directly into the new acct, drawn on by paypal. in effect allowing me to continue payments and purchases as I currently do … if all works as I hope - once I get into managed payments. by this time neither ebay nor paypal will have access to my personal accounts... hope this gives others ideas

just look at my oct invoice, seems to be correct … although I am paying monthly subscription now instead of yearly. amt owed is lower than normal even with the increased subscription …. because of fewer sales.

I am looking for a new place to sell my "granny Overbrook" vintage collectibles. You know, glitch free, friendly, folksy. brown paper bag lunches, dog curled up by a bushel basket. Natural lighting. Ebay turned into a monster, and not the good kind.
you forgot the pickle barrel, checkers board, and apples with cheddar cheese on the counter ... (all lost to the past now)

YES! about $250 over
Saw it yesterday, just about had a heart attack. Was waiting for this morning to see if it cleared itself up because I couldn't access the invoice until this morning. But nope, still there.
I don't see this in technical issues yet?? I really, really don't want to call in - I have zero patience for phone calls 😞
Combined with hundreds of messed up listings ....... ugh...... *head meet desk*

tell me about it … twice in the past 3 months (as I've noted in previous posts) … I went through every listing replacing missing photos. I checked again last night. again over 170 listings out of 750 or so are missing all or all but one photo that I again need to spend hours replacing. I am convinced this is not a glitch as of now over 600 listings in 3 months missing photos and has been going on for years. on top of this now have to check every listing again for missing item specifics. ebay seems to know our items and listings better than the sellers do.
and back to invoices … WE PAY FOR THIS ABUSE!

Now my invoice is correct. All fixed. It was a glitch.

Mine is overcharged too. I'm being charged insertion fees that are from the Sept. 30 to Oct. 3 technical issue that relisted listings that hadn't ended yet. There should have been no insertion fees, as my store allotment had not been used up.
Hi @Anonymous I remember staff posted on the boards that it was not necessary to call Customer Service for credit for this technical issue. Should we call now?
Hi @tree*fern, widespread issues like this one are automatically credited after they are resolved. We apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused and can assure you that we will only charge the correct amounts and a call to Customer Service won't be needed.

Thanks @Anonymous , but my eBay invoice was issued on the 15th with incorrect overcharges for insertion fees for that technical issue. Will the invoice be automatically corrected before the due date at the end of this month, or do I (and others) need to call CS?

Hi @tree*fern, I apologize if I wasn't clear. The invoice issue you are referencing is the one I am talking about; only the correct amount for your fees will be deducted from your payment method and you won't need to contact Customer Service for any credits.
