So, anyone else notice their invoice is WAY too high?

Here we are again, yet another glitch or bug where now my account balance is about $400 too high. I wonder how many people have paid theirs without noticing this supposed "glitch"

 

I know I can't be the only one who has noticed the absolutely no "glitch" or "bug" has ever done anything other than hurt the sellers and help eBay. Sure would be nice if it worked out in our favor once.

As to my post earlier tonight..

"My invoice seems to be almost right, Guess they just couldn't add too more to my total this month with out me noticing.. Its $ 1.23 Yes My fees are one dollar and 23 cents and the funny thing is.. its wrong, I am being charges for 1 listing fee for .35 cent, I didn't list ,I had so many free listing last month. and I had a lot left over.. No way I paid to list anything...... My fee should have been .88 cents

 

 Oh my, I just checked my fees again and now they have doubled from earlier, I cant see the invoice yet so not sure why it doubled from just earlier tonight, I didn't sell any thing But now it says $ 2.46

Whew! Glad to see I'm not the only one. I thought there is no way that is what I owe. So many glitches happening lately. What is going on down there??


Not sure if you guys already heard, ebay has added a new Glitch Fee to our statements. With all the new recent glitches ebay created for us to enjoy, the cost for creating those are gathered up from this new fee.

 

What... did you think the glitches came for free?? They cost money to make you know. Educate yourself, ya fool!

My account shows I owe almost $600 more than I should after just being invoiced for this month. Quickly growing tired of ebay and all the problems it has. Between the glitches and inconsistent sales. This venue is quickly losing what little value it has for my company. This coming from a 10-year member with over 100,000 transactions sold. All the micro managing and listing updates required on this marketplace is enough to drive anyone crazy.

my invoice is now showing, it's correct, I owe $28.23 ...I always pay my fees daily so my owed amount was zero minus my store subscription (which is more this month cause I upped my store tier) and FVF's occurred yesterday which I couldn't pay cause it was unavailable ... they also applied my TRP credit. So it's right for me thankfully, don't feel like dealing with CS first thing for some crazy glitch charge!

Yes, I have three Ebay accounts, one is normal but the other two are much too high. One says I owe $524 and I pay my fees daily throughout the month! I almost had a heart attack. Relieved that it's just a glitch.

My current balance looks about right.  I get my invoices at the beginning of the month for the previous month though.

I just checked. 

 

My invoice is 360$ more than I should owe. It's crazy to know that this has happened to other before.

 

I had a mild heart attack and a stroke.

 

Hopefully, it will get resolved.

Yes, going through the same thing. My new activity not yet invoiced is about  $160.00 to high. Called ebay 3 times about it and nobody seems to be able to explain it.

One of my IDs s/be 0.93 not yet invoiced but instead it's $48.25.

Where the heck are they pulling these figures from? Because the Fees under activity shows the correct amount.

Hello, I got the same issue it looks like they have included last Oct month fees in the new Nov month.  The new activity not yet invoiced in my case for the new month of Nov should only be about $50 based on the 16 Oct sales as I have no sales today yet (17 Oct) but it is showing $473 fees just for one day ????????????  It is probably another undesirable glitch in their system.  I will have to call Ebay today to sort it out as I can't continue listing knowing that they already overcharged me for the new month.  Another big worry that we sellers certainly don't need at this time of the year.

Mine is overcharged too. I'm being charged insertion fees that are from the Sept. 30 to Oct. 3 technical issue that relisted listings that hadn't ended yet.  There should have been no insertion fees, as my store allotment had not been used up.

 

Hi @Anonymous   I remember staff posted on the boards that it was not necessary to call Customer Service for credit for this technical issue.  Should we call now?

The current balance seems to have corrected itself overnight.

 

Sign up for managed payments anyone?? I dread this day. With all the daily glitches, do we really want our actual money to be managed by Ebay? Such a scary thought.

I never opted into the seller hub, but I won't sell on ebay any more. I have great empathy for sellers. It has been one thing after another. "Adapt, leave, or die" seems to be their motto.
