Over the past roughly month or so I have been having problems receiving email from paypal/ebay very slowly, and alot of messages between members often dont show up on my notification bell on the top right. I'll sell something at lets say noon time, and another thing at lets say 3:00pm. The item that sells at 3:00pm I will get a notification on the bell instantly and also instantly get an email about the item selling and payment received. Then finally at lets say 5:00pm I will finally get the email about the item that sold at noon. I'll open my email program and suddenly emails wil pop up from all these scattered time frames. I'll notice that my inbox on ebay has a few new messages, but I never got the notification on the bell on the upper right. I don't recall ever changing any settings, and since the notifications bell on the ebay page seems to be wonky, I doubt its an issue with my email program. Its random, sometimes I get the notification for messages on the bell right away, other times it wont show up at all, then sometimes emails arrive instantly and other times emails take hours to arrive.
Is anyone else experiencing this?
