Sketchy seller?

I purchased the item on the 10th of December and he said that it would take him a min to ship because of finals, but a week went by and he stopped responding to my messages and I put in a “item not received” with eBay and he said he could get it shipped tomorrow, but I found the same item on Facebook marketplace and he said it’s still available. Should I just get a refund or wait to see if he actually ships it?

Personally just don’t think it’s worth dealing with dishonest people.

File a claim of Non-receipt.  This person obviously doesn't make their customers a priority.  They'll get a ding on their account as well.
