Low Sales

Sales and views have gone way down. I tried promotions, volume buying, and changed pictures and descriptions. Unfortunately with the cost of USPS mailing has gone way up not able to offer free shipping.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thank you

So nobody is looking at or buying your items for the price you have listed.

What does that tell you?

Sell more desirable items that people will want to look at and buy  -or- lower your prices.

Unfortunately this slowdown is affecting a lot of people. Have you tried 'End Listing' followed by 'Sell Similar'?

This is normal at this time of year.
The long line at post office disappeared since this Tuesday.
Everybody is resting for X'mas.

If you want to do something, wait till next year ....

Buyers are just being very selective right now in the purchasing for obvious reasons. Continue to offer fair prices & shipping and the buyers will eventually return to visit your store. Just like in business, you have to understand the buying habits & conditions of the prospective buyers.

Hang in there!

Free Shipping is a marketing scheme.

It is not actually free. It means you are including the cost of shipping in your asking price.

For example, that blue necklace and earrings  (faux turquoise) you have listed at $6.98 +$3 domestic shipping.

Would they sell better at $9.98 with Free Shipping?

And if you added Promoted Listing at 2% or 5% ,which increases your fees, will you pocket more or less? How about at $14.98 with Free Shipping?

I agree that people are not buying for themselves over the holidays. Then we go into what a butcher friend used to call "hamburger month" because, whether their wallets were hurting or not, no one was buying steak.

Many of your items have no comps.

Closing them, waiting a week or so, then using Sell Similar with a HIGHER price is something to ponder.

And it's easier to reduce prices if you get an offer, if you are not already  cut to the bone.

it's all about what you have and what you have it priced at. $16 to ship that purple jacket 200 miles from you is ridiculously high. Can ship it in a Priority Shoe Box or Regional A for about $8. Not to mention it's used and used clothing is always a touch sell online since people like to see in person and most live within 5 miles of 10 thrift stores full of clothes.

Unfortunately the jacket will not fit in any of  those size boxes. Regional A is over $9 now the rates have gone really high. People can make an offer. Thank you
