Size matters

1. Many items are listed without any reference to physical dimensions.

2. Some items are listed with overestimated size, and risk Not As Described returns, where the shipper pays both ways for shipping, and the item would be returned (PayPal fees not refunded?).

If an item were listed placed inside an L-Square with readable numbering (two rulers attached at a right angle) there would be no misunderstanding about the height and length of an item.

Of course, that is all well and good if the buyer is honest.  And, if ebay looked at photos.  However, ebay has their Money Back Guarantee, doesn't look at, or care about, photos and what the buyer claims goes.

Not saying 'NO' doesn't mean 'YES'.

The foolishness of one's actions or words is determined by the number of witnesses.

Perhaps if Brains were described as an APP, many people would use them more often.

Respect, like money, is only of 'worth' when it is earned - with all due respect, it can not be ordained, legislated or coerced. Anonymous

No doubt that some sellers lose sales because they don't delineate the size in some manner........and, as you say, risk returns......  It was my first mistake on the first listing I made in 2004.....and a buyer asked me what the size was and I've been forever grateful for that question that taught me to "think" about what a buyer wants to know before buying something......

But is would still risk a SNAD, because the picture would show an L-square that was not included in the package 🙂
