I was watering the lawn a few minutes ago and heard a woosh. I looked up and this thing fell out of the sky and landed right next to me. Should I sell it? What the heck is it???

It left a 2 inch hole in my lawn and was really hot when I picked it up. I dropped it until it cooled off.

Is it lead or some other metal? Can you tell? It looks to be about 2 to 3 inches tall? How about around? It looks to have a thumb, fingers and shoes?

Being too hot to hold I think it fell a long way - maybe a mile or two. I'd not handle it again without testing it for radiation... one never knows, but I do think a Geiger counter test is in order; just for safety's sake.   Good luck.

It's really hard like stone but it's real lite. I don't know the circumflex but it's about 3/4". It's about 2 inches tall . It stands errect on it's feet but right now I have it in a small jar. It's smells like vinegar.

Yes, it has hands with a thumb and four fingers. I can't tell if it has shoes but it's tiny legs appear wrinkled. It's grey/light green colored. ( A little green man.? )
