Should I cancel order? Buyer 0 Feedback. Initials only for name. $400 Item

I am debating what to do.  I had someone buy a $400 item.  They have 0 Feedback (Says Member since Nov 2020).

They also didn't include their full name on the order and just put their Initials.

This makes me very nervous.  They payment wasn't through paypal, but Ebay's new payment system.

I don't want negative feedback, but would rather not lose $400

I had the exact same thing happen to be save for the initials last fall.  It turned out to be my best profit of the year.  I was completely manic thinking I was being set up but it turned out to be nothing but me worrying.  As I've said before there's very little preventing a much more experienced handle from causing you headaches,  it's not like trouble makers hide anymore.  Their feedback is often telling.  There are also many legitimate reasons why a person wants to hide their identity.  Perhaps they ordered it for a gift or a surprise etc.  If they use their regular account the recipient might be tipped off or maybe they live together.  I don't know it's not like underneath those initials there isn't solid indication of who they are.  Also some people are very private.  Some people are celebrities.  This could go on and on.  Ship it and let the chips fall where they may.  Make sure you insure it.  If you're really paranoid have a 3rd party package it for you.

In this particular case, the apartment complex had surnames listed on the individual mail slots.  Absolutely, not common, and I wasn't thrilled about getting a return to sender from the post office.
