Shop visibility issue in some locations

Hi everyone! 

I would like to share with you issues with visibility of our eBay store and I will be very thankful if I will find finally solution how to solve it.
I realized few months ago that newly listed items started missing from our shop - I was not able to see them even if they were automatically relisted.
One day, I was not able to see single item in our shop... there are now listed more than 900 items and shop looks empty from my point of view.
The problem is - people is US or UK can see the whole inventory but people in some European countries are not (for example Czech republic, Hungary, France).
I found this link for check of eBay visibility and it seems that problem is completely as described by customers - some can see everything, some can see that we are sold out (which is not true).

Please, I'am desperate about this - Holidays are coming and I would like to deliver our items to our clients as before...

I see 980 items currently listed on your account here in the US

As to the tool you are using.  There is currently some issues getting it updated.  Hopefully that will get resolved soon, but I'm not sure how long it will take.
