Shoe authentication

I  recently sold a pair  of nightmare on elm street  vans , they were in mint condition  ,they where sent to ebays  authentication  center   and  the box ended up damaged  and  was then authenticated as yeezys  for some reason  and now I have to accept  the return  and theres no word  from ebay.   If they are looking at a green and red blood stained  van and say they are yeezys they have no idea what they are doing. I correctly listed the item ,but now I have to take the loss.

This authentication service seems to have issues on occasion.  Regular eBay customer service typically gives you the line "we have to go by what the authenticator says" or some such, and is basically useless.
