Shirt removed for being "Counterfeit" ????

I just listed a vintage shirt and almost immediately got a notice that the listing had been taking down for being "Counterfeit". This same shirt is being sold by 20+ other sellers. Mine is legitimately vintage and in excellent condition. What gives? People buy these shirts and then literally make copies of them and sell them all over ebay (not this specific design that I'm aware of) and no one bats an eye but a legitimate vintage shirt? "Counterfeit". There also doesn't seem to be any resolution available either, the email says don't reply....like **bleep** eBay???

So I just got an update...they denied my appeal but said I can relist the shirt provided I remove any mention of Pantera from the title and description. That makes even less sense as every single one that's listed has Pantera in the title 😂😂😂 he was also a founding member of....Pantera!
