I actually had a sale yesterday & almost a stroke. lol. Sorry. So I printed the label out, packed it up nicely and it now in the mailbox to be picked up. However on my page, I am again being reminded to ship it, which has already transpired other than the pick up. She usually shows up at about 8 PM if at all. Any glitches out there or anyone else having this issue? Thanks in advance to all.

When it shows the listing as still needing to be shipped, does the tracking number show in the listing? Maybe the tracking # did not load properly.

I've had my last shipped sale be 'sticky' for months now. I'm not sure why. There will be my sales still to be shipping, then one from the previous batch still sitting there. I'm wondering if it's a variation of that?

If you bought the label through eBay, it should have been marked as Shipped at the time you purchased the label. If you bought the label through another shipping provider, it sounds like the tracking number has not made its way back to eBay in order to be recognized as Shipped. Where you did buy the label?
If the latter, then go into your Sold items page, mark the item as Shipped, and then (carefully) type in or (preferably) copy-and-paste the tracking number from the other provider.

Yes...the tracking is showing. I have a feeling it has something more to do with USPS than eBay. Big shocker! 🙄 Thanks for replying. Appreciate it.

When you say "being reminded to ship", do you mean it's sitting in your items to be shipped folder even though the tracking # is right there?
If so, that's been going on for months. More likely an ebay issue than usps.

I always ship thru eBay. My guess another glitch of many. ***Sigh***
Could you find out if there are issues with shipping perhaps with eBay or because USPS was nice enough to raise their prices or what ever? Appreciated as always.

Oh okay. I hadn't had a sale since the middle of December so I was somewhat unaware. I'll keep an eye on it and thanks for your reply. Appreciated.

I have hit this glitch a couple of times and simply did as a_c_green suggested and marked the item shipped. There is no logic behind when it is going to happen but eBay changed something in the tracking information you see on their side as opposed to what you see on the USPS side. The "Shipped to buyer" shows up on the eBay tracking info.

Unfortunately, that first image is what ebay is also showing to buyers, leading them to think that the item 'hasn't moved' since the date it was shipped. Not all buyers will check the ACTUAL tracking history.

I have become aware of that after a couple of messages from buyers. The actual tracking is just a little bit further down if they had just scrolled down the page a bit.

This is an ongoing tech error since last March. There used to be a sitewide tech ticket open, but eBay closed it in October, despite sellers reporting the problem every week. Happens with every sale on GF's account.
I know I asked a couple weeks ago, but can you please check again to see if a new sitewide ticket is open yet kyle@ebay for items shipped, but listed as "awaiting shipment"? Thanks!
In the meantime @ckimodog please report to customer service. Use chat on help pages (type agent in the chatbox) or send a DM through the CS social channels. I believe you know the drill.
