SOMEONE TELL EBAY TO QUIT CHANGING MY SHIPPING FOR ME TO PAY WHEN I CLEARY HAVE IT FOR CUSTOMERS TO PAY FOR SHIPPPING ON CERTAIN ITEMS BUT MYSTERIOUSLY AFTER AN ORDER IS PLACED IT WILL SHOW I PAY SHIPPING WHEN I NEVER HAD IT LIKE THAT. THATS OK BECUAUSE I EITHER WONT PAY MY FEES OR I JUST KEEP CANCELING ORDERS. EBAY WANTS TO SCRWW AROUND WITH MY LISTINGS I CAN FIGHT BACK AND I DONT CARE IF I GET BANNED ILL JUST GO TO AMAZON OR ETSY

Do you not understand that the buyer pays the S/H to you and you purchase the postage.  The buyer CAN NOT purchase the postage, they can only reimburse you.

Several of your listings are still showing "free shipping" so you need to revise those if that isn't correct.  A sports card that is a new listing also has free shipping, so when you list another item, carefully make sure the tiny free listing box isn't checked on the listing form.
