I would like someone to account for bad delivery. Fed X or UPS or whoever.

Not home and package on the yard in plastic to keep water away but it has been dropped and not much damage outside but the reems of paper are damaged inside. Every package is torn paper. it  is useable as is but the paper around the reemare not fit for giving away or sharing. not necessarly pretty on the shelf eather. All 10 reems. this has happened two times. No note left to look for package and not looking on Ebay for shipment till 3 days later.

Paper not wet but not pretty for show off eather.

not customers problem and not sellers problem

so How do I get the shipper Fed X or UPS or USPS to take responsability for the package?  ??? in good condition from workers?

I suppose the logical place to start would be with your local Fedex, UPS and/or USPS office. Call or go in person and make a complaint. Let them know what their delivery people are doing, or not doing, as the case may be.

The easier you are to offend the easier you are to control.

I would contact the seller and explain exactly as you did, then file a claim with the shipping company for the damaged item or ask seller to do that, they need and will pay for this, otherwise, this will continue.

Sounds like a fedx or ups job. Do you have a fenced yard?

Those guys will just throw it over the fence.

Every package I get from fedx or ups have dents, tears and sometimes damaged merchandise.

I complain every time. If enough complaints then maybe they will do something.
