I'm doing my listings with shipping determined by the buyers location. However, my listings are showing flat fee shipping. I've rechecked all my listings and the preview of the listing says calculate. But when I post it There is still the flat fee showing. Never had this problem before. Any Idea as to what is going on?

I have notified ebay of a problem with the shipping calculator .
Wish the customer service reps had more tech knowledge.

I see what you mean! The listing I looked at shows $10 priority shipping to me in NC and also to someone in CA. That could be very costly for a seller.
...going to check my listings.

I changed it to $10.00 flat rate shipping myself because it was showing $7.90 flat rate shipping even though I have the correct setting (Calculate) when I'm doing my listings. It shows that when I preview my listing but changes to the $7.90 flat rate when I actually list my item. Just chose a medium flat rate price until I can sort it out. Can't figure it out.

Are you sure that you just weren't getting the rates to your own zip code? Your completed listings have calculated shipping in them, and if you change it to a west coast zip, it goes up to over 17.00.

Um, you might have mentioned that before you sent all of us going to check whether your current listings had flat rate shipping.
When you look at your own listing, you see the postage cost to ship to your own ZIP Code because the shipping calculator works automatically. So $7.90 is what you'd see if you had set up the calculated shipping with a weight of 3 pounds.
As the others have mentioned, you can go into the "Shipping and payments" tab of a listing and change the ZIP Code to see whether the calculator is working.
