I see that you're in Canada, so I can't say anything specific about the shipping options up there, but your biggest issue (aside from safe packaging of the charger) will be tracking. If you can find a cheap rate, you may not have tracking on that method, and thus it will be an instant refund for any buyer who files an Item Not Received dispute. Without tracking, neither you nor the buyer will know where it is, when it will arrive, or whether it already got there.
